Anticoagulation Monitoring for Perioperative Physicians

Abstract: From preoperative medications to intraoperative needs to postoperative thromboprophylaxis, anticoagulants are encountered throughout the perioperative period. This review will focus on coagulation testing clinicians utilize to monitor the effects of these medications.
