Anticancer Activity of Region B Capsaicin Analogs

Abstract: The heterocyclic vanilloid compound capsaicin is responsible for the spicy and pungent flavor of chili peppers. Several convergent studies have shown that capsaicin suppresses the growth of multiple human cancers.
