Antibody level of Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD) in layers

Abstract: The detection of the antibody level of Gumboro Disease was performed using ELISA. The test was conducted on 6 experimental groups of different ages from a total number of about 120,000 layers. The blood testing occurred every two weeks without altering the established program of vaccination of the flock.
