ÖZETBruselloz, enfekte hayvanlardan insanlara doğrudan temas, süt ve süt ürünlerinin taze olarak tüketilmesi ve/veya enfekte damlacıkların inhalasyonu ile bulaşabilen bir enfeksiyon hastalığıdır. Bu hastalık hayvancılığın yoğun, çiğ süt ve süt ürünlerinin tüketiminin yaygın olduğu ülkemizde ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerde halen önemli bir halk sağlığı sorunu olmaya devam etmektedir. Bruselloz, Türkiye'de endemik olarak görülen bildirimi zorunlu bir hastalıktır. Önlenebilir bir hastalık olduğu için, toplumu korunma yöntemleri hakkında bilgilendirmek ve komplikasyonların erken teşhisi özellikle önemlidir. Tipik olarak ateş, halsizlik, terleme, kilo kaybı, hepatosplenomegali görülür. Klinikte en sık %20−60 sıklıkla sakroileit olmak üzere kemik ve eklem komplikasyonları karşımıza çıkar. Brusella sakroileiti, aile hekimlerine ateş, bel ağrısı ve yürüme güçlüğü nedeniyle başvuran hastalarda ayırıcı tanıda akla getirilmesi gereken önemli bir sağlık problemidir. Bu yazımızda halsizlik, bel ve kalça ağrısı yakınmaları ile polikliniğimize başvuran bir brusella sakroileiti olgusu sunulmuştur. Anahtar kelimeler: Bruselloz, endemik, sakroileit ABSTRACTBrucellosis is an infectious disease that can be transmitted from infected animals through direct contact with humans, uncooked consumption of milk and milk products and / or inhalation of infected droplets. It is still a major public health problem in our country and developing countries where the consumption of raw milk and dairy products is widespread. Brucellosis is a notifiable disease that is endemic in Turkey. Since it is a preventable disease, informing the population about protection methods and early diagnosis of the complications are especially important. Typically, fever, fatigue, sweating, weight loss, hepatosplenomegaly is seen. Bone and joint complications occur frequently, with sacroiliitis most frequently occurring in 20-60% of the cases. Brucella sacroileitis is an important health problem that should be considered in the differential diagnosis of patients who are referred to family physicians due to fever, low back pain and walking stiffness. In this article, a brucella sacroileitis case who had difficulty in walking due to weakness, waist and hip pain is presented.
