Abstract: BackgroundAntibiotic resistance is a significant public health issue worldwide. Antibiotic-resistant zoonotic bacteria such as Escherichia coli (E. coli), Campylobacter, Salmonella, Listeria, Coxiella, and Mycobacterium can be particularly isolated from biofertilizers.
