Antibiogram and plasmid profiling of resistance bacteria isolated from the blood of Hepatitis C Virus positive individuals

Abstract: , where the participants were recruited from the different departments. The blood samples were collected after approval by the ethical review committee of the healthcare institution. The sampling and isolation processes with suitable bacteriological media were commenced in October, 2016. Isolation and identification of associated bacteria A total of One hundred and twenty one (121) confirmed HCV blood samples were used for the research.
