Antibiofilm Activity and Mechanism of Linalool against Food Spoilage Bacillus amyloliquefaciens

Abstract: Pellicle biofilm-forming bacteria Bacillus amyloliquefaciens are the major spoilage microorganisms of soy products. Due to their inherent resistance to antibiotics and disinfectants, pellicle biofilms formed are difficult to eliminate and represent a threat to food safety.
