Abstract:The present study was carried out on the antibacterial activity of Adiantum incisum Forssk. In Doon valley, situated in foot hills of Himalayas. Different extracts of the plant revealed its antibacterial activity against the studied pathogenic bacterial strains.Out of the seven extracts assayed the acetone and ethanol showed maximum activities.
