Abstract: Background Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (anti-NMDAR) encephalitis is an autoimmune brain disease mediated by antibodies and characterized by psychiatric symptoms, seizures, behavioral abnormalities, dyskinesia, and cognitive impairment.
