Abstract:Trachysalambria curvirostris is a crustacean found near the southwest coast of Korea which contains various nutrients such as iron, calcium, taurine, and chitosan. In particular, chitosan has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anticancer, and antioxidant effects.
