It was necessory to provide the website source and reference. Similarly, the version of zebrafish genome still needs to be explained in the analysis of the colinearity blocks of protein between grass carp and zebrafish. In response to your constructive advice, we have supplemented our manuscript with the relevant references to the versions of the grass carp and zebrafish genomes that we utilized.The grass carp genome assembly, HZGC01, was obtained from Professor Yongan Zhang's team at Huazhong Agricultural University. The sequencing tissue for this genome was derived from the blood of an adult female grass carp. Additionally, the genome can be accessed at the following web address: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/datasets/genome/GCF_019924925.1/. This particular genome assembly was also employed in the study of the grass carp TLR family (Lv et al., 2023). The zebrafish genome referenced in our collinearity analysis is the Zv9 assembly version (Chen et al., 2022). Corresponding conserved genes in grass carp were identified based on Figure 1. We have included this detailed information in the Materials and Methods section of the main text.Line229, CIK describes the grass carp kidney cell line , the English name is wrong. "C" was standed for the first letter "C" in "Ctenopharyngodon", and "I" was standed for the first letter "I" in "Idella".
