Abstract:In order to produce a new antibiotic material against Jurkat T cells using horizontal gene transfer among microbes, co-cultures between soil bacteria AY2000 and the multiple antibiotic producer S. griseus was carried out. It showed that the highest active substance against Jurkat T cells was produced at 48 hr of co-culture time with MTT assay.
