Compounding the effects of ongoing natural disturbances, dunes experience human development (Rodgers, 2002; Stancheva et al, 2011), tourism (Catto, 2002; Talora et al, 2007), and all‐terrain vehicle (ATV) use (Rickard et al, 1994; Hogan et al, 2019).
