Anthropogenic noise in terrestrial Antarctica: a short review of background information, challenges and opportunities

Abstract: Anthropogenic noise is an inevitable by-product of human activities. However, the potential effects of human noise on terrestrial Antarctica’s ecosystems have been understudied.
