Anthracycline Treatment Induces Extracellular Calreticulin in Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Abstract: 1376 The myeloid key transcription factor CEBPA (CCAAT-enhancer binding protein alpha) is blocked by the mRNA binding protein calreticulin (CRT) thereby affecting myeloid differentiation.
