Anterior sacral meningocele mimicking an adnexal mass in an infertile woman: a report of an extremely unusual case

Abstract: The differential diagnosis of cystic adnexal masses, some placed retroperitoneally, includes various pathologies. Preoperative diagnosis is important to prevent major neurological deficits during surgery.
