In recent years, education issues have been the focus of attention from all walks of life. An important indicator for measuring the level of education in colleges and universities is the quality of teaching. It determines the level of the students' basic quality that is the target of training. Curriculum is the core of forming teaching quality and the core element of cultivating talents. Curriculum evaluation is an important means to detect and diagnose the teaching quality of schools and the source of talent training quality.The purpose of this article is to study the quality evaluation system of college courses under the background of wireless communication and big data, taking students as the initiators of evaluation activities, positioning the factors that they are interested in, and referring to the selection of evaluation indicators in other research results to determine the evaluation system of this study. Through students’ evaluation of Japanese MOOC courses, the evaluation system constructed by the laboratory is evaluated. The method of collecting evaluation data is to issue electronic questionnaires and then perform statistical analysis on the results of the questionnaires after collection, to understand the current status of MOOC course learning and the degree of recognition between learners and evaluation indicators. Through the analysis of the questionnaire data, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested to ensure the validity and reliability of the questionnaire data. The evaluation indicators are screened by factor analysis, and the entropy method is used to determine the weight of the evaluation indicators, thus forming the final MOOC course evaluation. Reorganizing and constructing the Japanese curriculum quality evaluation index system conforms to the general law of the construction of the index system.

Wireless power transfer systems play an important role in the application of modern power supply technology. Wireless charging has been widely used in portable devices such as smartphones, laptops, and even some medical devices. Higher system efficiency can be achieved while reducing costs. This article describes the design of a capacitive power transfer (CPT) system using the Class-E amplifier method. When the capacitance of the coupling plate is small, the operation of Class-E amplifiers under Zero-Voltage-Switching (ZVS) conditions is very sensitive to their circuit parameters. By adding an additional capacitor to the Class-E amplifier, the coupling capacitance can be increased, resulting in better circuit performance. The high efficiency of the Class-E amplifier is verified by simulation and experimental results.

The wireless technology resides at 5G global standard wireless communication. This standard enhances the network capacity, network coverage, lower latency and enormous bandwidth by increasing the operating frequencies of the communication standards. 5G standard promises to deliver a speed of 500 times faster than 4G by utilizing the technology such as massive MIMO, small cell, beam forming and full duplex technology. The higher operating frequencies leads to the path loss constrains and the device compact also one of the issues arises in the handheld wireless communication devices or massive machine type communications. To overcome these issues an effective antenna has to be designed for the new generation wireless standards. Most commonly used handheld communication devices, IoT devices and massive machine type communication uses microstrip patch antenna as radiating elements and the substrate materials associated with these antennas plays a key role for the development of an antenna. In this paper, investigations on six different substrate materials were done for the design of MIMO antenna.
