Antecedents and Precedents of On-Job Bullying: A Qualitative Approach

Abstract: Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the antecedents and precedents of on-job bullying regardless of the gender. Lower the Job stress and on-job bullying, higher the effectiveness and productivity of the employees.
