Abstract:A variety of felsic and mafic dykes grouped into swarms intruded the Lower Palaeozoic volcano-sedimentary sequences (flysch) and Late Devonian to Early Carboniferous plutonic rocks in the Hovd and Altai zones of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt (CAOB), western Mongolian Altai.
