Abstract:IntroductionAnomalous origin of the left coronary artery (LCA) from the pulmonary artery (abnormal left coronary artery from pulmonary artery = ALCAPA) or BladeWhite-Garland syndrome is a rare, but serious congenital cardiac malformation.
