Anodic Oxidation of Some 1H-3-methyl-4-ethoxycarbonyl-5-arilidenhydrazino-pyrazoles: Substitution Effects and Linear Free Energy Relationships

Abstract: 1H-3-methyl-4-ethoxycarbonyl-5-substituted-benzylidene-hydrazino-pyrazoles are important intermediates in obtaining various heterocycles including pyrazolo triazoles. To our knowledge, few studies have been conducted on the electrochemical behaviour of these compounds.
