Ankylosing spondylitis: cauda equina syndrome with multiple spinal arachnoid cysts

Abstract: A case of ankylosing spondylitis in a patient with a cauda equina syndrome is reported. A lumbar myelogram revealed erosions of the bones of the neural canal with enclosed multiple intraspinal cysts.
