Abstract

Summary: Round hcart syndrome was detected in chickens in Ankara. ;\[0 etiologieal agent could be kept responsible except the possibility of misfeeding together with the heavy parasitic infectiom, diarrhea and cachexia. The sick animals were walking so typically that \Vas nam cd as "Penguin V,alk". This was the result ofsevere atrophia and wcakinning of leg muscles tlıat could not carry the body, as the animal was touching the ground with the leg joints and the tai!.
