Anisotropy of the Tribological Performance of Periodically Oxidated Laser-Induced Periodic Surface Structures

Abstract: Laser-induced periodic surface structures (LIPSS) enable advanced surface functionalization with broad applications in various fields such as micro- and nanoelectronics, medicine, microbiology, tribology, anti-icing systems, and more.
