Anime-zing in North Carolina: Library Views of Anime Fans

Abstract: The popularity of anime and manga makes anime fans a group of interest to libraries. There are several events in North Carolina where anime fans gather together, and libraries are already involved with these events. This article discusses conventions and summarizes demographics and attitudes of anime fans at the 2008 Animazement convention in the Triangle.
