Animal spirits, hubris, narcissism: Behavioural determinants of merger and acquisition outcomes

Abstract: This paper draws upon the animal spirit, hubris, and narcissism theories to conduct an empirical study investigating the behavioural determinants influencing mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
