Animal Models of Cushing's Syndrome

Abstract: Endogenous Cushing’s syndrome is characterized by unique clinical features and comorbidities, and progress in the analysis of its genetic pathogenesis has been achieved. Moreover, prescribed glucocorticoids are also associated with exogenous Cushing’s syndrome.
