Abstract

Highlights Mesenteric artery aneurysm is a rare entity in vascular surgery. Both splenic artery aneurysm and splenomesentric trunk are rare findings. Aneurysm of splenic artery arising from splenomesentric trunk is extremely rare. We reported a case of splenic artery aneurysm arising from splenomesentric trunk.
