Anesthetic management of abdominal delivery in a pregnant with Takayasu’s disease

Abstract: Nonspecific aortoarteriitis (Takayasu’s disease) is a rare inflammatory disease of the arteries that affects women of childbearing age. Many authors have reported adverse effects in the mother and fetus during pregnancy. We report a case of operative delivery 41-year-old women having a third pregnancy, which was diagnosed nonspecific aortoarteriitis at the age of 12. Our patient was observed high blood pressure.
