Abstract: Impetigo herpetiformis (IH) is an extremely rare pustular disorder and potentially life-threatening condition for both mother and fetus. Intrauterine growth retardation, fetal abnormalities, and even fetal/neonatal death can occur with worsening maternal disease and are probably related to placental insufficiency.
