Layer-by-layer (LbL) nanoparticles offer great potential to the field of drug delivery, where these nanocomposites have been studied for their ability to deliver chemotherapeutic agents, small molecule inhibitors, and nucleic acids. Most exciting is their ability to encapsulate multiple functional elements, which allow nanocarriers to deliver complex combination therapies with staged release. However, relative to planar LbL constructs, colloidal LbL systems have not undergone extensive systematic studies that outline critical synthetic solution conditions needed for robust and efficient assembly. The multistaged process of adsorbing a series of materials onto a nanoscopic template is inherently complex, and facilitating the self-assembly of these materials depends on identifying proper solution conditions for each synthetic step and adsorbed material. Here, we focus on addressing some of the fundamental questions that must be answered in order to obtain a reliable and robust synthesis of nucleic acid-containing LbL liposomes. This includes a study of solution conditions, such as pH, ionic strength, salt composition, and valency, and their impact on the preparation of LbL nanoparticles. Our results provide insight into the selection of solution conditions to control the degree of ionization and the electrostatic screening length to suit the adsorption of nucleic acids and synthetic polypeptides. Acanthaceae is popularly known as acanthus family which belong to mint order – lamiales. They are distributed from tropics to a temperate region such as India, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Brazil, Central America and Africa. Most members of this family are therapeutically important since they are in the up to date usage by ethnic communities. Andrographis paniculata, Clinacanthus nutans, Graptophyllum pictum, Hemigraphis alternata, Justicia gendarussa and Strobilanthes Crispus are some of the medicinal plants of Acanthaceae family. These plants are recognized for their biopharmaceutical potential usage in traditional medicine. These plants have a plethora of phytochemical compounds such as flavonoids, phenolic compounds, glycosides, terpenoids, benzenoids, quinine, triterpenoids and naphthoquinone present in various parts of the plant that plays a vital role in drug industries. The pharmacological properties of these plants such as anti-bacterial, anti-diabetic, anti-cancer, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-arthritis, hepatoprotective, anti-viral and anti-hypertensive are in general practice as an alternative and complementary medicine in both ethnobotanical and pharmacological fields. This article encompasses not only the comprehensive survey based on the electronic resources, scientific journals but also the books that summarize the botanical, phytochemical properties of these plants and also accentuate their significant role in both ethnobotanical and pharmacological fields. It is felt that this article would provide more insight into the health benefits of some plants of the Acanthaceae family.

The Easy Bike has brought revolutionary changes in the rural transportation system in Bangladesh. This paper aims to evaluate the supply chain of the battery based electric charged vehicle popularly known as Easy Bike and identify the role of Easy Bike for the development of the country’s rural transportation system. The method of data collection was both interview and questionnaire in the form of closed and open-ended questions. The researchers have selected three different stakeholders associated with the industry such as passengers, drivers and importers or Assemblers of the easy bike and developed three separate questionnaires for identifying the problems, opportunities, and the actual condition of this newly developed industry. The role played by the related authority has been identified and analyzed through extensive literature review and interview with the selected stakeholders. The collected data has been analyzed through different statistical tools. Research findings show that the vehicle has become the most reliable and one of the fastest mediums of the transportation system for the rural people as well as urban people. The reasons behind the popularity of the vehicle are reduced fare, safe to travel, environment-friendly, faster than the previous transport mode and easy to operate the vehicle. The availability of the auto rickshaw in the current time has reduced the mortality rate in case of different emergency need for Medicare services. This vehicle is also making the contribution to girls’ secondary higher education by easing their movement to the remote area where most of the colleges are situated. There are problems like higher electricity cost, poor road structure, illegal extortion, lack of driving training facility etc. faced by the industry. The removal of these problems will accelerate the growth of the industry and will ensure long-term benefits for the industry.
