Ändrad styrning av välfärdsprofessioner – exemplet evidensbasering i socialt arbete

Abstract: Styrningen av professionellt arbete har förändrats, bland annat har dokumenterad kunskap – evidensbasering – kommit att bli ett ledord i många organisationer där välfärdsprofessionella verkar, detta inte minst i socionomernas arbetsvardag. Denna artikel diskuterar mötet mellan två logiker för styrningen av professionellt arbete – yrkes- och organisationsprofessionalism.
