Anatomical and computed tomographic analysis of the transcochlear and endoscopic transclival approaches to the petroclival region

Abstract: Endoscopic access to the petroclival region is a feasible approach. It potentially avoids hearing loss, facial nerve manipulation, and cosmetic damage.
