Anatomic Outside-In Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Using a Suspension Device for Femoral Fixation

Abstract: Cortical suspension is one of the most frequently used methods of femoral fixation in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. We present a simple technique for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using a suspension device for femoral fixation.
