“…The branches of pulmonary artery were dissected and mobilized sufficiently beyond the pericardial reflection for tension-free anastomosis between the RV and the pulmonary artery. The Lecompte maneuver 16 was not applied, and the pulmonary bifurcation was located orthotopically posterior to the ascending aorta, because the anterior ascending aorta in the anomalies of ventriculoarterial connection with the VSD and pulmonary outflow tract obstruction is usually large, and we also wanted to simplify the procedure and reduce the risk of bleeding by avoiding the transection of aorta and reanastomosis. Right translocation of the main pulmonary trunk was performed in 9 patients, which depended on the initial position of the great arteries.…”

“…v roce 1981. (27) Navrhli při výměně tepen přímou anastomózu bez interpozice tubulárního konduitu tím, že přesunuli bifurkaci plicnice před distální konec ascendentní aorty (tzv. "Lecomptův francouzský manévr").…”

“…Specifically, we sought to analyse clustering classification performance of various distance/linkage combinations applied to a population of 60 aortic arch anatomical models, automatically segmented from CMR data, composed of three equally-sized subgroups of healthy aortic arches, arches post aortic coarctation repair (COA) [19] and arches post arterial switch operation (ASO) [20]. COA and ASO patients suffer from congenital heart disease (CHD), which manifests itself in abnormalities of cardiovascular structures (here, the aorta, known to present shape patterns abnormal from healthy individuals [19], [21] [22]).…”
