Based on Van Hiele's level of thinking, this study intends to investigate students' ability to solve geometric problems. Polya's heuristic of problem-solving steps is used to assess problem-solving ability. A qualitative, descriptive study is the form of research used in this case. The Van Hiele Geometry Test (VHGT), problem-solving aptitude assessments, and interviews were used. Based on Van Hiele's level of thinking, researchers chose three students from a group of 27 students in grade VIII high junior school Terpadu Sheikh Muhammad Ja'far as research subjects. Data collection methods include tests and interviews. Data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drafting, and verification are all research data analysis approaches. The validity of the data is verified using a triangulation of techniques and sources. The findings of the study are: subjects at the pre 0 level only have visual, verbal, and drawing skills. Subjects at level 0 (visualization) were not able to solve the four problem-solving heuristics by Polya. Subjects at level 1 (analysis) were able to reach the second stage of the problem-solving heuristic by Polya. Subjects at level 2 (informal deduction reached the third stage of the problem-solving heuristic by Polya.

Learning Analysis with ARIAS Model on Students' Critical Thinking Skills Reviewed from Learning Styles

A person who can think critically in mathematics means having a high level of ability and is a fundamental ability that students must have to learn mathematics. The research aims to determine the influence of understanding the ARIAS model on students' critical thinking skills in terms of learning style. This type of research is quasi-experimental with a post-test nonequivalent control group design. The research population is a student majoring in mathematics education at Bina Bangsa University, then selected two classes as research subjects. The acquisition of data from mathematical critical thinking skills tests and learning style questionnaires was then processed with the ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) test. The results showed a significant difference in mathematical necessary thinking skills between students and ARIAS learning and ordinary learning and judging from students' learning styles. There was a substantial difference in mathematical critical thinking skills. Furthermore, it is known that there is an interaction between the type of learning and its learning style towards students' mathematical necessary thinking skills.

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat (PKM) ini bermitra dengan kelompok kerja guru Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Baiturrahman di komplek Bima Kota Cirebon. Jenis kegiatan PKM ini dengan memberikan sosialisasi informasi seputar program profesi untuk guru Raudhatul Athfal (RA). Adapun materi dari kegiatan sosialiasi ini ialah pemberian informasi kepada guru terkait pendaftaran untuk mengikuti PPG ke BELMAWA, seleksi masuk PPG, kegiatan PPG dimulai dari perkuliahan Daring (selama 3 bulan), Lokakarya, PPL, Ujian Kinerja sampai dengan pemberian kisi-kisi materi untuk Ujian Pengetahuan. Selain itu produk dari pengabdian ini berupa draft yang berisi tentang panduan untuk mengikuti Program Profesi Guru (PPG) bagi guru-guru RA Baiturrahman. Kemudian akan ada kegiatan pendampingan dan konsultasi untuk guru-guru RA yang akan mengikuti kegiatan Program Profesi Guru (PPG) pada tahun 2020 selama durasi PKM ini dilaksanakan.
