Analyzing National Electronic Theses and Dissertations programs from business model perspective

Abstract: Purpose Implementing and maintaining Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETDs) program at a national level encounters numerous difficulties in particular from technical, legal, business, and financial perspective.
