Analyzing Multiclonality of Staphylococcus aureus in Clinical Diagnostics Using spa -Based Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis

Abstract: We present a novel denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) method which characterizes multiclonal communities of Staphylococcus aureus.
