When dealing with large amounts of high-dimensional transaction data, clustering approaches often struggle with challenges including elasticity, weak processing capabilities of high-dimensional data, sensitivity to data sequence across time, independence of parameters, and ability to manage noise. These problems may prevent the methods from providing accurate predictions. Experiments conducted with data samples collected from 300 different mobile phones purchased on Taobao yielded the following results. K-means beats Single-pass in evaluating e-commerce transactions because of its higher intra-class dissimilarity and inter-class similarity. K-means clustering is an approach to the organization of massive datasets that is both effective and flexible. The outcome of the clustering algorithm is sensitive not only to the total number of clusters but also to how they were initially arranged. Because of this, it is simple to demonstrate that the results of clustering are best optimized locally. For this reason, continuing research into the elements that influence the number of clusters produced by this method as well as the starting locations of the clustering center is a crucial endeavor.

Model-Based Software Engineering (MBSE) has a high potential to play a critical role in the whole process of software engineering, bringing many benefits to all stakeholders, yet it is not used by most software developers today, due to both lack of tool capabilities and poor user experience (UX) of tools. This study aims to understand the evaluation types and methods applied by researchers when studying UX in modeling tools (modeling experience or MX) and the types of issues uncovered in these studies. We conducted a literature review using a snowballing approach to gather all studies of this topic. A total of 41 research papers were reviewed. Data extraction was performed based on research questions and a categorization of discussed issues was presented. Several gaps and future opportunities were identified and discussed, which include 1) utilizing interview method in research design; 2) distributing testing tasks based on user profiles; 3) involving UX experts in analysis; 4) scalability testing using large models; 5) assessing MX in areas other than just usability and utility; 6) considering collaborative modeling as an important factor contributing to MX; 7) considering both language issues and tool issues in UX evaluation of software modeling tools. 8) improving the taxonomy of MX challenges; 9) triangulating using multiple methods; and 10) developing and validating MX tool design heuristics.

E-commerce has made transactions easier for several persons. SKI (Semadi Kwazay Indoland), a company in the real estate market, is one of the numerous organizations that develop e-commerce websites. The company wants the e-commerce website to attract a wider audience. Therefore, an evaluation is necessary to measure the usefulness of the website. Twenty responses were divided into two groups of ten: the advanced group and the novice group. The selected assessment approaches are performance measurement to evaluate the system's efficiency and error rate, first-click usability testing to evaluate the system's effectiveness, and RTA and the SUS questionnaire to evaluate user happiness. The following are the study's findings: This e-commerce website is quite efficient, as there is no significant difference in the time necessary to complete the 10 activities between the two groups of respondents. The mean participant questionnaire score for the e-commerce website was 49.75, which was much lower than the average SUS score of 68. The e-commerce website page is highly effective, as the performance measurement test results suggest a comparatively low error rate across both novice and advanced respondent groups.
