Analytical modelling and parametric sensitivity analysis for the PMSM steady‐state performance prediction

Abstract: Inaccuracy in the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) steady-state performance calculation corresponds to the parameter error and model imprecision. Accurate determination of the PMSM parameters may encounter various complications because of its rotor structure and drive design. Therefore PMSM performance calculation is generally vulnerable to inaccuracy because of the parameter error. This article studies the effect of parameter error on the inaccuracy of the performance calculations. Several methods fo… Show more

“…In the healthy case, many authors [12,13,14,15] have proposed models taking into account the saturation effect by using the daxis and q-axis machine magnetizing curves which can be given by the manufacturer [16]. By using theses curves, we propose in this paper a fast dynamic mathematical model of PMSM under inter turn fault.…”

“…Higher education institutions are increasingly faced with pressures to change their practices of learning and teaching to meet the demands of industrial sectors, students, and goverment for accountability in the age of decreasing public funding (Kumar & Kar, 2014) (Kar, Hamidifar, & Kazerooni, 2013). In addition, universities in particular have to fulfill the pressures of meeting professional standards in relevant programmes and to use online learning to facilitate students" learning experiences.…”
