Analytical Identification of Magnetic Faults Induced by Material Properties and Mechanical Tolerance in PM Synchronous Motor

Abstract: This paper presents an analytical model suitable for analyzing Permanent Magnet Synchronous motors. The difference between mass eccentricity and magnet eccentricity is described. The full derived vibration mathematical model incorporates both the electrical domain and mechanical domain.
