Abstract: Abstract-In order to know the formation and development micro-physical mechanism of iced-conductor in freezing rain, using the instrument of Parsivel laser droplet distribution to carry out the field observations of icing process under freezing rain in 2013 to 2014 winter in Nan-yue mountain of Hunan province.
