Analysis on New Type of Classification Machine with Vibration for Scallops

Abstract

Abstract. In view of the grading needs of scallops, a new classification machine is analyzed in this paper, which can divide scallops into four grades. The characteristics of Dalian Bohai Bay scallops are researched. It follows that classification is necessary to subsequent processing and marketing for scallops. This machine is not only to improve the classification accuracy and the efficiency but also to reduce busywork. The general structure and the working principle of classification machine are introduced perfectly. The relationships are obtained between the natural frequency of vibration with thickness of the plate spring and the mounting angle of plate spring by MATLAB.
