Abstract:When we suspect topical corticosteroid (CS)-induced allergic contact dermatitis (ACD), it is important to obtain information about the vehicle as well as the active ingredients involved. For in the case of ACD caused by a component of vehicle it may not be helpful to avoid CS and its cross-reactors. Furthermore, CSs are applied to diseased skin.
