Analysis of the Static and Dynamic Characteristics of the Electro-Hydraulic Pressure Servo Valve of Robot

Abstract: According to the characteristics of rotary direct drive electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve, the lumped parameter modeling and three-dimensional (3D) field analysis methods are integrated.
