Analysis of the State and Prospects of Development of Organic Production in Russian Regions

Abstract

The article analyzes the state and prospects of development of domestic organic production. The issue of territorial distribution of organic producers by districts and subjects of regions of Russia on the basis of a resource approach is highlighted. The rating of subjects is presented and a rating assessment is carried out with the identification of the leaders of the organic products market in the Russian Federation with the determination of their organizational and legal status. The analysis of consumer demand for organic food products is presented, taking into account consumer behavior in order to develop prospects for the sale of organic products.
