Analysis of the Sensory Evaluation for the Korean Space Foods Performed in ISS

Abstract: We analyzed the result of sensory evaluation for the 10 items of Korean Space Foods performed by Korean astronaut in ISS. Although there were low score items because of the individual preference difference, Most items received the high score.
