“…Based on the main findings of our study, the observed attributes and skills of procurement negotiators are quite helpful as proposed for other specific jobs (Lazear, 2009) in ensuring that the best outcomes of negotiation might be obtained to enhance the welfare of an organization through the best procurement deals.
