The main goal is creating high level process map. </span>

Business process architecture design methodologies – a literature review

These used either process maps (Abujudeh et al , 2016; Aslund and Bäckström, 2015; Biege et al , 2012; Buldakova et al , 2014; Chand et al , 2009; Kanters and Wall, 2016; Lahrmann et al , 2010; Moya et al , 2016; Witkowski et al , 2012; Wu and Issa, 2014), Green & Ould’s Riva method (Aziz and Fady, 2012; Fady, 2013; Fady and Aziz, 2012; Fady and Beeson, 2010; Green et al , 2009; Khan et al , 2006) or Bider’s fractal enterprise model (Elias et al , 2014). The most commonly addressed domains among BPA design instances included transport, health care and education, whereas the most typical goals behind the modeling were better understanding of processes, and identification of process improvement and automation opportunities.…”
