Analysis of the Need for Health Workers Using Workload Indicator Staffing Need (Wisn) Method in Inpatient Services in Regional General Hospital of Buton Utara Regency in 2021

Abstract: Motivation/Background: The ratio of the number of doctors to the population in North Buton is 1:2135. Meanwhile, the ratio of the number of nurses to the population is 1:308.
